We were in a panic when my husband accidentally cut the water main in front of our house on a Sunday afternoon. We couldn't locate the shut-off at the street, and it was looking like we were about to flood our entire property (as also perhaps the entire neighborhood).
One phone call had a technician at our house literally within 20 minutes. He could not have been more efficient and courteous about sourcing and fixing the problem in no time - even going so far as to shovel back a lot of the dirt that had been washed away at the site of the break.
Once all was said and done, the cost was actually LESS than I was expecting it would be. Cannot thank them enough - I am grateful to now have a trusted 24-hour plumbing team at the ready!

The water heater stopped working at my mom's house and I was recommended FLO-RIGHT by our park manager. I called early Monday morning and Jerry and his guys showed up a couple hours later. Got the heater working in no time, flushed it out and cleared out the lines. Wouldn't leave until he knew for sure everything was working. Great guy and now my go to plumber.
